My name is Thom Seehafer. I have been a
resident of Woodland Park for a little under a year.
I moved from North Carolina in October 2007 with my
4 dogs and 2 cats after meeting someone special.
My culinary knowledge stems from being in this business since age 15 plus attending the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park NY. I have worked in the kitchen and on the floor, from large upscale busy restaurants to small Mom & Pop type restaurants.
I bring to you an entirely different approach to the catering business. My menus are chosen from the vast array of food types found on the computer and in my library of cookbooks.
I will be using the freshest ingredients whenever available, local foodstuffs and most likely organic materials as well.
I can design any type of menu be it totally organic,
health conscious (low fat/high protein), celiac
menus – gluten free, nut free, you name it.. I am
very flexible and look forward to creating a
personalized menu just for your special occasion.
If you need a special dessert, birthday cake or wedding cake, I can do this also. As my name implies, I do everything from appetizers to desserts.
